Why 1.33U instead of exactly 1U?
The MS-01 and Nuc Pro are taller than the standard 1U equipment. Rather than cramping devices into inadequate space (which compromises cooling and access), we designed for the actual height needed. This ensures proper airflow and easier maintenance.
Can I turn off the LED Lights?
The LED tile lights feature a built-in cycling button for brightness control. A single click dims them to half brightness, a second click turns them off, and a third click restores them to full brightness. They're designed to be subtle accent lighting that adds visual interest without being distracting. The tile numbers also identify the nodes in your stack.
WIll this fit in my IKEA Lack rack?
Yes! Standard 19" rack equipment fits perfectly in Lack racks. Just account for the 1.33U Height when planning your vertical spacing.
What does “tool-less” mean exactly?
Initial installation requires a screwdriver to install cage nuts and mount the rack to your cabinet. However, once mounted, the computing hardware slides in and out tool-free using hand-operated twist locks. No tools needed for daily access to your nodes. PSU plate adjustments require a screwdriver, but you typically set those once and forget them.
Do I need the slim adapters for regular NUC Pro units?
No, the slim adapters are only needed if you want to mount Intel NUC Slim units (the shorter form factor). Standard NUC Pro Units mount directly without adapters.
How do the PSU mounting plates work?
Each rack includes extendable mounting plates on the rear that slide out to accommodate various PSU sizes.This keeps power supplies organized and accessible while maintaining a clean front apperance.
Can I stack multiple racks?
Absolutely! Stack as many as your rack space allows. Just remember each unit is 1.33U, so plan accordingly (e.g., 3 racks = 4U total).
What’s included in the kit?
Each kit includes the rack chassis, PSU mounting plates, all necessary mounting hardware, and installation instructions. Devices and PSUs are not included.

This product ships from Canada without duties or taxes pre-collected. You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by your local government upon importation. These charges are beyond our control and are not included in your order total.

30-day returns for unused items in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.
